- First aid inside the facilities.
- ATM on the premises (Only issues Mexican pesos).
- Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
- Public transport service, buses and taxis.

- Food and drinks are not allowed in the park.
- Does not apply refund of admissions.
- Access to each attraction will be according to the rules and restrictions, such as height, physical conditions, weight and age.
- Sundeck restaurant hours, included in the VIP pass, are from 12:00 to 16:00 hrs. Choose a chicken, skirt steak, or shrimp dish.
- Consumption centers with additional costs are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Menu breakfast is available from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at an additional cost.
Recommendations
- Children under 1.07 mts. do not pay admission.
- From 1.07 mts. to 11 years old they pay admission for Minors.
- Teenagers 12+ years old pay the Adult rate.
- People over 18 years old pay Adult rate.
- The Ventura Pass admission includes Ahhh! Ventura, Wet’n wild, Fun World, Food at the Sunrise restaurant, Soft Drinks and Water.
